Get ready for the last Family Fun Day of the summer at Hutton Recreational Ground

Date

Brentwood Borough Council's Family Fun Days have been a hit, with families coming together on Fridays this month, to enjoy a wide range of rides, sports activities and crafts.

These events have been filled with excitement, featuring funfair rides, family activities, sports, crafts, Punch & Judy shows and much more - all for just £5 with the purchase of a wristband.

Additional paid activities include face painting and animal handling, with a variety of food stalls available for families to enjoy throughout the day. Local service providers, sports clubs, and charities will also be offering support and information to attendees.

Mayor of Brentwood, Councillor Mark Haigh, said: "Our Family Fun Days have been a great way to bring families together to enjoy the sunshine. I had the pleasure of going along and it was wonderful to see people enjoying themselves and creating lasting memories right here in Brentwood. We must thank our sponsors, Be Fibre, Brentwood Razzamatazz, Mullis & Peake Solicitors and Rainer Hughes Solicitors and our wristband sponsor Brentwood Area Neighbourhood Watch who have supported us to keep the costs down and the entertainment going."

The final event of the season is set to take place on Friday 23 August from 10:30am to 3:30pm at Hutton Recreational Ground, CM13 1BS.
